Cancellation Policy

• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking date. • Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the token amount. • Remaining payment must be completed on or after the event complete. • Advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation. • In case of emergency rescheduling, we will try to adjust the new date based on availability. • Edited photos and videos will be delivered within the committed timeline. • Extra hours, travel, accommodation, or special requirements may include additional charges. • Proper timing and coordination from the client side help us capture the best moments beautifully.
